WEEK-1 : Rituals and Meditation

You will learn a morning ritual. You will learn a sleep meditation and a night ritual that you can use everyday in your life. You will learn a 2 minute breathing technique which you can use many times in a day to center yourself. Experience the six ways to connect to your self through specific mental and physical techniques, breathwork and exercises. Learn why you need these and how these tools will impact your daily life to bring calmness in your mind and body.

WEEK-2 :
7 Negative Behavioural Patterns 

You will discover 'What are the 7 Foundational Behavioral Patterns' that influence and impact your mind balance.   You will learn how to reduce and drop these patterns in order to be mentally calm. You will become aware of how these behavioural traits impact your mind and thought processes. You will also learn and experience that when you drop these 7 traits, you will start taking charge of your thoughts. 


WEEK-3 : Eradicate disturbing thoughts and emotions

You will learn The 5 Most Important  Core Thoughts and Emotions that disturb your mental peace. You will become aware of them and eventually learn to eradicate them. You will experience your relationships in life and at work becoming better and stronger.

WEEK-4 : Taking Responsibility

You will learn how to up level your communication skills. You will learn 'What is responsibility?' and 'What does it mean to be in charge of your life'. You will also learn how to become the creator of your life. The importance and positive effects of responsibility. You will learn how to be responsible for your actions and their consequences in your life. How not to get rattled or disturbed by adverse situations and their consequences. Learn a new method to look at situations differently in order to maintain your inner balance and calmness.

WEEK-5 : The Past-Memories and Thoughts

Techniques to deal with the past. You will learn techniques to erase your painful and disturbing memories  that  become a block for your future success. Learn how to detach and move on from your past painful experiences and memories. You will learn techniques to release the effects of the past  so that it does not impact your present and future negatively. Learn a brand new way of thinking to bring about a paradigm shift in your personality traits and awareness.
