I am Monica Your COACH, ( ACCREDITED by ICF) for this amazing life changing program called
"The Incredible You!"
This program will transform your life by changing your mindset to a higher awareness than where you are now. It will give you realizations and breakthroughs from your self limiting beliefs.
This program is a 20 hours program.. which means you need to dedicate only 2 hours a week.
The program works with all areas of your life like : Wealth, Relationships, Family and Career .

WEEK 1
Discovering who you are?
In this week you will be given a very
comprehensive and detailed personality test this will
establish, what personality type you are: for example:
Reformer /Helper / Peace Maker / Individualistic / Enthusiastic / Investigator.
This test will also identify the state of mind you usually operate from
High / Average/ Low/ Destructive
Significance of this week: You always express yourself in accordance to your personality and your state of mind. All changes are possible only when we know who we are and what is our state of mind.
WEEK 2
Discovering what drives you?
You will discover your baselines. Baselines are your foundational value system.
You will identify and choose from over 300 baselines provided by the system and will narrow it down to the top 6.
Baselines help you to make the right choices, what work you should do, who can you get along with, and plan your destiny.
Significance of this week: All decisions you make according to your baselines will always find you in complete fulfillment and success.
WEEK 3 &4
Discovering how your brain is wired,
You will discover your N-codes (The negative thinking patterns you are carrying in your life.)
You will identify and choose from over 500 Negative-Codes (words) provided by the system.
Once we know how your brain is wired or how you think about yourself and your life,
We then work specifically on those N-Codes and replace them with E-codes (Empowering Codes/words/ Affirmations.
The System provides an E-code for every Corresponding N-Code.
Significance of weeks 3&4: We come to know, how our brain is wired and integrated, only when we know this, can we replace the Negative thinking patterns with powerful Empowering statements.
WEEK 5&6
You will identify and finalize your desired OUTCOMES and the Road Map to achieve them
Outcomes are realistic and practical results of what you aspire to achieve. You will be taken through a very systematic and realistic defined set of tasks you need to do every day to reach a certain outcome, as defined by you.
With every final outcome, you will have a well-defined road map with time schedules and the tasks you need to complete. All milestones or Power Leaps, during the journey of achieving a certain outcome, will be predefined with specific dates for each milestone.
Significance of weeks 5&6: Defines for you a clear road map ahead for achieving your desired outcomes in a step-by-step method.
WEEK 7&8
You will identify any Road Blocks that may stop you from achieving your desired Outcomes.
You will critically evaluate the defined steps you have finalized in weeks 5 &6 for achieving the desired outcomes.
You will question each step with a deep analysis of any block or obstruction you may foresee in achieving the steps you have defined.
The next step is to clearly find and establish the solution to solve or remove these obstructions with a practical approach.
Significance of week 7&8: To ensure that all the steps and tasks which we have identified to achieve a certain outcome, may have roadblocks and by identifying them well in time we will be able to overcome any block stopping us from reaching our outcomes.
WEEK 9&10
You will Create your “SUCCESS BLUEPRINT” and a Vision Board
This is the final result of all the previous weeks.
Your Success Blueprint contains:
1. Your Personality type
2. Your Base Lines
3. Your E-Codes for the high state of mind.
4. Your well-defined Outcomes.
5. Exact Steps/tasks you need to do with a given schedule.
6. Removing all blocks in achieving any outcome.
Significance of weeks 9&10:
Your Success Blue Print is a very sacred document. It is a ready reckoner for your future life and you can refer to it any time you need to remind yourself of the outcomes you decided and the steps you need to take to achieve them.
